Vision & Mission

Vision

Our vision is to see a vibrant movement of indigenous churches multiplying along the Amazon River and its tributaries, transforming communities in Brazil, Colombia, and Peru. We dream of local believers empowered to lead, disciple, and serve their own people—spreading the hope of the gospel to even the most remote villages. By fostering indigenous leadership and long-term presence, we seek to build a legacy of faith that endures for generations, rooted in the unique cultures and languages of the Amazon.

Mission

Our mission is to proclaim Christ at the heart of the Amazon through:

  • Evangelism: Sharing the good news of Jesus Christ with river communities, reaching those who have never heard the gospel, and inviting all to experience God’s love and grace.

  • Discipleship: Walking alongside new believers, nurturing spiritual growth, and equipping them to become mature followers of Christ who can disciple others.

  • Theological Education: Training indigenous pastors and leaders through seminary programs, extension classes, and mentoring—so that every church is led by well-equipped, biblically grounded shepherds.

  • Holistic Development: Addressing practical needs such as clean water, ministry education, agricultural practices, and planting new churches, demonstrating Christ’s compassion in tangible ways and helping communities flourish physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

We are committed to gospel-centered ministry, indigenous leadership, and holistic transformation—serving with warmth, cultural sensitivity, and unwavering dedication to the tri-border region.
